外牆空間常見之漏水部位：

  1. 女兒牆龜裂
  2. 鋁門窗框冷氣窗、周邊漏水等開口部位。
  3. 外牆牆角的漏水
  4. 外露樑柱邊緣的漏水
  5. 外牆漏水造成室內牆面壁癌
  6. 各類帷幕牆的漏水

 

 

建議可選用之防水材料以水泥系及塗膜系為主。

  1. 水性樹脂砂漿。
  2. 壓克力樹脂防水膠(透明防水膠)。
  3. 水性橡化瀝青防水膠。
  4. 4.矽利康填縫防水。
